Rules

Sign Up (Register)

  • Sign up is done here—emails or phone calls will not register your children.
  • Sign up will be open from November 24 through December 8, 2023.
  • Registration will stay open until limit is reached. 
  • Toys for Kids is for kids aged 0 to 10 years old.
    There are no toys available for kids ages 11 and older.
  • Only parents and legal guardians can sign up. Kids must be part of your immediate family. 
  • You can sign up to 8 kids per family.
  • Kids may only be signed up 1 time per year.
  • You may suggest our charity to others, but they need to sign up their own kids.

Email Verification

  • Once you register, you’ll receive an email with your pick up time. 
  • You will need the verification email (either printed or on phone), AND two forms of ID for you and for each child registered.
  • If you don’t receive an e-mail, check your spam or junk mail.

Pick Up

  • Only parents and legal guardians can pick up toys. Kids must be part of your immediate family.
  • You cannot pick up toys for others, even if they are signed up. 
  • You will need the verification email (either printed or on phone), and two forms of ID for you and for each child registered. ID for children can be social security card, birth certificate, shot record, school registration/report cards, any legal document that names you as legal guardian. 
  • Toys may not be exchanged. Our “elves” will choose toys based on your child’s age and gender.
  • You must pick up your toys during your selected time slot. If you come during the wrong time slot, you will have to wait.
  • The program will cut off when all the time slots are full.
